The Family of Gregory Afoko has called for the arrest and interrogation of Naabu, Otiko and Bukari

Arrest Naabu, Bukari, Otiko and Deen for Adams Mahama’s death - Afoko's family
The Family of Gregory Afoko has called for the
arrest and interrogation of all those recently
mentioned as having a hand in the murder of the
former Upper East Regional Chairman of the New
Patriotic Party, Alhaji Adams Mahama.

The Northern Regional Chairman of the NPP, Mr.
Daniel Bugri Naabu in a recent quarrel with Madam
Otiko Afisa Djaba, the Minister of Gender,
Children and Social Protection alleged that she
together with the others had a hand in the death
of Adams Mahama.

In a statement later however, Mr Naabu said he had
no proof to that effect but said it was a “slip
of tongue.”

At a Press Conference organised by the family of
Gregory Afoko at Sandema in the Builsa North
District Monday morning, Mr Robert Atong Asekabta
called for the arrest and interrogation of Mr.
Kamal Deen Abdulai, the National Nasara
Coordinator of the NPP to assist in the murder of
the late Adam Mahama.

He said Gregory Afoko was arrested based on
allegations in connection with the murder.

“So just as Gregory Afoko was arrested on the
allegation of someone, it is our humble plea to
the police that Madam Otiko Afisa Djaba, Mr.
Rockson Bukari and Bugri Naabu himself be arrested
or invited by the Police to assist in finding who
actually killed Adams Mahama and for what purpose.
The law must be seen to be applied equally to all
manner of persons.”

Gregory Afoko, has been indicted for the murder of
the former Upper East Regional Chairman of the New
Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Adams Mahama, and
currently facing trial at the Accra High Court.
