Berekum Chelsea, Van Der-Pluym to appear before GFA Disciplinary Committee on April 17
The Disciplinary Committee of the GFA has invited
Berekum Chelsea and Mr. Van Der-Pluym to appear
before it on Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Board
Room of the GFA at 4.00pm.

This follows a Protest filed by Mr. Hans Van
Der-Pluym to enforce the Decision of the GFA’s
Players Status Committee with respect to the
failure of Berekum Chelsea to comply with the
decision by the Players’ Status Committee to
fulfill outstanding contractual payments to Mr.
Van Der-Pluym.

Both parties are entreated to come along with all
the necessary documents with respect to the
afore-mentioned matter.

The Club and Mr. Van Der-Pluym are to note that
should any of them or both fail to appear before
the Disciplinary Committee on the said date
(Friday, April 17, 2015), the Disciplinary
Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in
their absence.
