8 King Faisal players injured in motor crash
Eight players of King Faisal FC are in a critical
condition after their team bus got involved in a
motor crash Friday morning.
Other players on board the bus also sustained
minor injuries.
The General Manager of the Divisional One side
Nana Kwakye has confirmed the incident to
Starrfmonline.com, adding the players are being
treated at the hospital.
“Most of them are injured, but they are being
taken care of at the hospital,” he said.
The near-fatal crash happened at the Angola Market
road in Kumasi as the team was heading for
training at their Dogomoro Training Centre.
The frontage of the bus has been badly damaged.
