Medeama

Medeama coach promises to beat Hearts of Oak in Tarkwa
Medeama coach Prince Owusu is confident his side
will beat Hearts of Oak in the return leg of the
friendly this Sunday in Tarkwa.

The Mauve and Yellows suffered a 1-0 loss to the
Phobians thanks to a first half strike from new
signing Kwame Kizito.

Medeama put up a spirited second half performance
and were unfortunate not to earn at least a
point.

But Owusu says he was impressed with his side’s
output and remains confident of a win the reverse
encounter.

“I feel we played very well in the second half
and were unlucky not to get a point from this game
but that’s how sometimes football is,” Owusu
said.

“I am confident that we have what it takes to
beat them in the second leg.”
