Exciting start in DOL as Nania suffer home loss
The weekend greeted the return of the Division One
League across the country after a six-week break
but it produced mixed results for some promotion
contenders.

Galazy recorded a slim victory on the resumption
of the second round after defeating Utrecht 1-0 in
the Zone 1A competition.

In Zone 3A, Nania FC suffered a rare home defeat
to Real Athletico as the visitors won 1-0 over the
former FA Cup winners. Great Olympics opened a
3-point lead after defeating Prestige.

And in Zone 3B, former premiership sides, Okwawu
United and Tema Youth remained joint-top following
massive wins over the weekend.
