French club Evian in for Ghana's Derek Boateng
French strugglers Evian have emerged as contenders
to sign Fulham midfielder Derek Boateng.
The Ghana midfielder is out of favour at Craven
Cottage and looks set to leave on loan during the
window.
Boateng is desperate to secure regular first-team
football during the second half of the season with
the World Cup coming up in the summer.
The 30-year-old, who has made just three Premier
League appearances since arriving on a free
transfer in May, had looked set to drop down into
the Championship and join Watford.
But now, according to L'Equipe, Evian are ready to
offer him a chance in the French top-flight
