Andre Ayew jumps to head home the leveller for Marseille

Marseille who rallied to down Borussia Dortmund
3-2 away on Tuesday night to qualify to the last
16 stage of the Uefa Champions League.
The 21-year-old steered home a Morgan Amalfitano
corner kick in the 85th minute to level the
scoring for Marseille at 2-2.
Jakub Blaszczykowski and Mats Hummels had put the
host 2-0 up before French striker Loic Remy pulled
a goal back for Didier Deschamps men moments
before the break.
Marseille struggled to keep pace with Dortmund’s
pacey play after the break but the Stade Velodrome
side staged a dramatic fight in the last five
minutes to beat their host.
Jordan Ayew, who was introduced to replace Loic
Remy added bite to the attack upping the pressure
on the Dortmund defence.
Five minutes from time, Marseille won a corner at
the right.
Amalfitano delivered a tailored cross for Andre
Matthew Valbuena secured qualification for
Marseille with a powerful right-footed drive two
