A Possible Rebellion In NDC Over Asiedu Nketiah
Information reaching this news portal is
indicating that there may be a possible revolution
in the NDC over what is perceived to be, the
alleged unilateral dictatorial decision of Johnson
Asiedu-Nketiah to suspend his immediate-past
Deputy, Koku Anyidoho, on social media.

Last week, social media was agog with a supposed
suspension letter signed by the General Secretary
of the NDC suspending Koku Anyidoho from the
party.

Checks reveal that Koku Anyidoho has not received
any letter from the NDC as regards his supposed
Suspension, and that is what is causing a stir in
the party as scores of members consider the action
of Asiedu-Nketiah to be extremely
“anti-party”.

From what this website has gathered, the agitation
of the grassroots is about to blow-up in the face
of Asiedu-Nketiah who is deemed to have assumed
“very dictatorial tendencies that are working
against party cohesion”, some of the aggrieved
party supporters said.

Party members are wondering how Asiedu-Nketiah can
go ahead and suspend Koku Anyidoho before stating
in the social media suspension letter that, Koku
is now being referred to the Disciplinary
Committee of the Party.

Many Party members believe that Asiedu-Nketiah has
not forgiven Koku Anyidoho for contesting him in
the 2018 National Delegates Congress, and so wants
to deliberately defame Koku on social media –
thinking that Koku Anyidoho is in the waiting to
become the next General Secretary of the NDC.

Meanwhile, Koku Anyidoho is on record to have said
several times on the airwaves that it was
Asiedu-Nketiah who told him (Koku Anyidoho), to
contest because he (Asiedu-Nketiah) was not
prepared to contest again after being in the
position of General Secretary for 3 terms.

Asiedu-Nketiah has not been able to ever deny that
he told Koku Anyidoho to contest: yet all his
recent moves seem to pan him out as a bitter
person who wants to destroy Koku Anyidoho.

Some NDC Party foot soldiers from what we have
gathered are prepared to retire Mr. Johnson
Asiedu-Nketiah as General Secretary of the NDC
after “being the Constitutional Campaign Manager
who has led the Party into 2 disgraceful defeats
in 2016 & 2020”.
