EC Holds IPAC meeting today
The Electoral Commission (EC) will on Friday
November 25, 2016 hold a crucial Inter Party
Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting with the various
political parties going into the December 7
polls.

The meeting comes on the back of a recent security
breach that has characterized printing of ballot
papers at Innolink limited by some of the
parties.

The meeting is intended to trash out thorny
matters with regards to the conduct of the
elections.

Meanwhile, three presidential nominees Papa Kwesi
Nduom People’s Progressive Party (PPP), Nana
Konadu Agyeman Rawlings National Democratic Party
(NDP), and Dr Nasigrie Mahama of the People’s
National Convention (PNC) have issued a joint
press statement arguing that the elections will
not be free and fair.
