MCE to name EC officials who received GHC10,000 NPP bribes
The Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) Officer of
Obuasi Richard Ofori Agyeman Boadi affectionately
called Zuba, has promised to release to the public
the list of beneficiaries of GH¢10,000 bribe
doled out to Electoral Commission (EC) officials
by executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in
the Ashanti and Western regions.

He disclosed that the covert operation embarked on
by the NPP is aimed at influencing the electoral
officials to aid them rig the elections in the
region.

According to him, the moves of both parties have
been closely monitored with the Wesley Girls Guest
House as converging point.

‘Information always leaks in NPP camp, the NPP
have been giving out GH¢10,000 each to Electoral
Commission officials in the Ashanti and Western
regions. Their meeting points include the Wesley
Girls’ guest house in the Kumasi metropolis. I
will come out of the list very soon. Whatever you
scheme, we will know when you give money to people
we know, we know of the Israelites who came to
give you money.

I will give you the numbers of the beneficiaries
of the money they are distributing, you will be
shocked. They think that we don’t know what they
are doing in dark places, no matter what they will
do, at the tail end, we will knock them out,
because we are smarter than them,’ he claimed.

He disclosed on the Ultimate Breakfast Show hosted
Lantam Papanko, the NPP with all these schemes
will still lose the December 7 polls.
