NPP to hold vigil in Koforidua to kickstart 21-day Fasting & Prayers today
The opposition New Patriotic Party(NPP) has
declared a 21 day period of fasting and prayers
towards peace in the December polls and the
party’s anticipated victory in the elections.

Organizers have christened the programme “The
battle is the Lord’s; declaration towards
victory and the peace of Ghana.”

The programme is expected to begin today at the
Koforidua Jackson Park, where the party will
herald the period with a vigil from 6:00 pm till
the following morning.

The three-time Flagbearer of the party, Nana
Akufo-Addo who is currently on a campaign tour in
the region is billed to grace the occasion with
other party stalwarts including the Eastern region
party Chairman, Kingston Kissi among a host of
others.

Also, controversial Man of God, Prophet Owusu
Bempah is expected to attend the programme.
