Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo Kenya Lord Kenya celebrates four years with the Lord Evangelist Lord Kenya will be celebrating four
years of being a changed man and converting to
Christianity.
The former hiplife artiste who was famous for his
aggressive performances admitted to being a drug
addict back in his hay days until he had the
‘Holy Spirit encounter’.
The ‘Sika Baa’ hit maker was one of Ghana’s
celebrated artistes who earned for himself
‘Artiste of the Year, Hiplife Ariste of the
Year, and Hiplife Album of the Year at the 2001
Ghana Music Awards.
Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo Kenya, real name, after
he became "born again" dissociated himself from
all his songs and awards and most recently, asked
DJ’s and radio presenters to stop playing songs
he made before his transition.
In one of his church services, he admitted
“things I said in those songs don’t represent
my true position as at now”.
Evangelist Lord Kenya said he would want to spend
his fourth anniversary sharing his life’s story
with the inmates of the Kumasi Central Prisons.
His visit is scheduled for Tuesday October 28,
