I am still single - says Diana Asamoah
After dominating the local gospel music industry
with scintillating and soothing music for a
decade, the multi-talented gospel musician,
Evangelist Diana Asamoah, says she is still single
and waiting on God for her soul mate.

The renowned gospel singer, who is dedicated to
spreading the gospel of God through evangelism and
powerful song ministration, said “I will marry,
but it will depend on God. I am still praying to
God to get me a God-fearing man to marry. I’m
going to save myself for the one that I get
married to”.

Speaking to 'Beatvaves' in an interview the gospel
singer disclosed she is not worried being single
because she believes very soon the good God she
worships will choose a partner for her.

“God works in mysterious ways so I’m relying
on him to choose a partner for me. I know my good
Lord will answer my prayers very soon,” she
said.

Diana Asamoah who is credited with award-winning
songs like ‘M’abo wo din’, ‘Akoko abon’,
‘Woda mu fua’, ‘Pentecost’ among others,
stressed that she is not in the gospel music
industry to compete with anybody but to promote
the work of God.

She told 'Beatwaves' that her latest gospel album
titled ‘Pentecost Osoree Nwom’ which would be
released soon on the music market will set the
standard for gospel music in Ghana.

She said her latest album is a compilation of
soul-touching melodies and good danceable tunes.
The lyrics of the album and her good vocal power
are neatly arranged with sensational and
inspirational rhythms, making the album unique and
pleasing to the ear.

Besides singing and preaching the word of God,E
Diana Asamoah also works as radio presenter at
Rainbow Radio in Accra and Angel FM in Kumasi
where she preaches at dawn and also plays
inspiring gospel music and ministers to
listeners.

The silky-voiced gospel artiste said “I am a
soul winner. I sing to win souls for Christ and
educate people about the teachings of Christ
through music.”

Recently Evangelist Diana Asamoah toured Europe
and America to spread the word of God through live
musical performances. Her presence in Europe and
America paved the way for her to interact with
certain well-known gospel icons and
personalities.

“I toured Europe for three months and spent five
months touring United States of America. In the
States I preached and performed in New York, New
Jersey, Virginia, Ohio, Dallas among others. I
performed in churches like Pentecost, Methodist,
Presbyterian and a few others.”

She was the toast of the audience at the various
towns and cities she visited in Europe and America
during her tour.
