Big 5 hi-life maestros rock Kwahu Hills tomorrow
You might have seen the “Music Man” Maestro
Kwadwo Antwi in action. Or possibly Abrantie
“Iron Boy” Amakye Dede aka “Seerious” in
full flight or silky highlife crooner Kwabena
Kwabena sweeping the ladies off their feet with
his lyrics.

But how many times have you witnessed a
performance by these seasoned highlife artistes on
the same stage and on the same night? Never?
Perhaps in your mind’s eye or in your dreams,
right?

Well, dream no further, because in less than
36hours, precisely on Easter Friday at 8pm sharp,
all roads will lead to the Conference Centre,
where on arguably the biggest musical platform,
Kwadwo Antwi Amakye Dede, Kwabena Kwabena, No
Tribe and 55 will thrill lovers of music.

Dubbed the “FAMOUS 5”, this masterpiece of a
show being organized by Events and More in
collaboration with Peace FM, is an event bringing
together 5 of the greatest stage performers in
Ghana to perform on one stage on the same night.

It’s a never before seen musical extravaganza
where the best of Highlife, the Best of Gospel and
the Best of Hip-life will be on parade.

A college of professionals in the music industry
namely: Nana Benyin Dadson( Graphic Showbiz
Editor), Carlos Sekyi (Musician and Copyright
advocate), Diana Hopeson( MUSIGA President),
Appiah Dankwa aka Appietus (Music Producer), Fred
Darko (Event Producer), Kwasi Aboagye (Peace FM),
Whitney Boakyi Mensah (Event Planner and
Journalist) and Fiifi Banson (Peace FM) critically
selected 15 of the most prominent artistes based
on their presence, in terms of releases or public
performances and how much impact they have made on
their audience within the last 12 months,
irrespective of their music genre.

Tomorrow at 8pm, the five artistes and groups
chosen by the public will mount the stage at the
Accra International Conference Centre to perform
for their teeming fans.

It’s the official Easter party and you can’t
afford to miss. Just grab your tickets at the
front desk of Peacefm, Koala, SilverBird
Cinema...Or better still call 0244479242 for
ticket reservation.
